Leadout Events is led by a top expert in cycling event management and supported by a team of industry-leading professionals and key suppliers.
When setting up Leadout Events, Jane wanted to make sure she worked with like-minded people who share the same passion for cycling, the challenge, the camaraderie and who have an understanding of how amazing multi-day events can be.
Having worked in the industry for so long, we understand the importance of company structure and strategy, whether that’s for charities, corporations or individuals. This is why all key members of our team have multiple years of experience working on and delivering multi-day events globally.
We always aim to deliver the best possible experience but also understand the occasional unexpected situation can occur, which is why we have robust contingency plans in place for all potential risks, both physical and mental.
Jane Fairley
After 17 years as Event Director at Hotchillee, Jane is now using her knowledge and experience to work directly with corporate organisations and charities to manage and deliver bespoke cycling events.
Over the years, Jane has delivered over 60 multi-day cycling events around the world, most notably, the London to Paris, as well as events in South Africa, Sri Lanka, Italy and many other locations.
Being involved in the industry at such a high level for so long has allowed Jane to develop years of experience and knowledge.
Most importantly, Jane has developed special relationships with suppliers and a dedicated support team which she now brings to Leadout Events.
Before working in the event industry, Jane provided recruitment solutions for law firms and financial institutions.

From meticulous route planning to logistical support, rider registration and on-site event crew, Leadout Events provides a comprehensive range of services to ensure a seamless experience. Whether you need closed roads in Europe, media coverage or complete event management, we take care of all details and logistics so you can focus on the ride. PARTNERING WITH
SERVICE CORP
Service Corps is co-directed by Nigel Hill and Graeme Freestone King. Set up in 2015, Service Corps builds on the over-forty years of experience in event servicing work that Nigel and Graeme have between them and employs experienced mechanics, qualified to the highest standards to look after single and multi-day events. Graeme has worked closely with the key personnel at Leadout Events for nearly twenty years, to ensure that he and the other mechanics on the event deliver an unparalleled level of service and attention to the riders and the bikes placed in their care. Most of the mechanics that work with Leadout Events through Service Corps have Professional Race Team experience and at least three have worked with the British National Team.
